About the Role: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to drive design projects from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive design projects from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
  • Support the director in reviewing Vettink and enforcing the company standard.
  • Translate client briefs into clear design strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead the creation of design presentations, mood boards, sample materials, and concept visuals for client approval.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive documentation for tenders, construction, and execution phases.
  • Produce high-quality sketches, drawings, and technical plans using CAD tools and hand-drawing techniques.
  • Design original assets, including illustrations, infographics, and spatial layouts, that align with project narratives and branding.
  • Source and specify appropriate materials, products, and finishes, balancing aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
  • Supervise on-site implementation to ensure design intent is executed to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Review, mentor, and guide junior designers to maintain design quality and professional growth.
  • Monitor project schedules and workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and design innovations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and cross-functional teams to align creative output with overall business strategy.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in hospitality and F&B projects.
  • Degree in ID + 7 years experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects across all design phases — from concept development to construction completion.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, hand sketching, and other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong design sensibility and spatial awareness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and collaborative, with a strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken — mandatory requirement.

 

Required Skills:
