Restaurant Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring alignment with the business plan. This role ensures all team members perform their duties effectively and deliver high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to follow assigned schedules from management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and support Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor staff performance and maintain operational standards
  • Communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers
