Role Overview

The Program Manager will play a critical role in redefining and repositioning APT 101 as a leading Third Place destination - a cultural, social, and experiential hub that operates beyond nightlife. This role owns the end-to-end strategy development, planning, coordination, and execution of the new positioning and ensures a successful relaunch within a 3-month timeline, followed by sustained activation and growth. The role requires a highly structured, commercially minded, and creatively fluent individual who can translate strategy into action, align multiple internal teams, and manage complex timelines while maintaining a strong understanding of lifestyle, hospitality, and cultural trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Strategic Development • Conduct in-depth research on Third Place concepts and relevant competitors, including: o Co-working spaces o Coffee culture concepts o Social clubs and members’ clubs o Hybrid hospitality, cultural, and community spaces • Analyse global and regional best-in-class examples to identify: o Positioning gaps o Target customer segments o Product, programming, and revenue opportunities • Work closely with the Strategy Team and CEO Office to: o Define APT 101’s refined positioning o Clarify the value proposition and target market o Establish the overall product and experience framework

2. Program Ownership & Project Management • Own the master project plan for the APT 101 repositioning and relaunch within a 3-month window • Coordinate and align deliverables across: o Interior Design o Marketing & PR o Operations (Food & Beverage, Service, Staffing) Experiential Programming • Translate strategy into clear workstreams, milestones, and timelines • Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve risks or delays • Ensure all teams are aligned to a single vision, timeline, and launch standard

3. Experiential & Programming Development • Define the experiential programming strategy that supports the Third Place positioning, including: o Daytime and early evening programming o Community-driven and cultural activations o Talks, workshops, pop-ups, collaborations, and curated events o Breakfast Club and Supper Club collaborations • Work with internal teams and external partners to: o launch programming o Establish an ongoing activation calendar post-launch • Ensure programming supports: o Brand awareness o Repeat visitation o Revenue growth

4. Marketing, Content & Influencer Strategy • Work closely with the Marketing and PR teams to: o Develop the overall marketing strategy for the relaunch o Define the content strategy and storytelling framework • Coordinate and oversee: o Content creation (photo, video, social, long-form content) o Influencer and KOL strategy, including pre-launch production o Launch and post-launch communications • Ensure all marketing outputs are aligned with: o The new positioning o Target audience o Desired cultural perception of APT 101

5. Budgeting & Governance • Work with the CEO Office to: o Develop and consolidate budgets across all workstreams o Define timelines, phasing, and financial guardrails • Prepare clear materials for: o Internal reviews o Executive approvals • Track spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets

6. Post-Launch Management & Growth • Manage and coordinate ongoing activations post-launch • Continuously evaluate: o Performance of programming and activations o Audience engagement and feedback o Revenue impact • Work with internal teams to refine programming, marketing, and offerings to drive: o Sustained awareness o Footfall growth o Revenue optimization

Key Skills & Experience •

7–10+ years experience in program management, strategy, or project leadership within: o Hospitality o Lifestyle brands o Cultural platforms o Creative agencies or experience-led businesses • Strong understanding of Third Place concepts, community-driven brands, and lifestyle trends • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects under tight timelines • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, balanced with creative sensitivity • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and the CEO
