Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
  • Ensure proper table setup and presentation standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and safety regulations
  • Support team members to ensure efficient daily operation
  • Qualifications
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-minded with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
