Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the accounting team.
- Train and develop the Accounting Team to upgrade skills and competencies.
- Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, including GL, monthly closing, financial reporting, auditing, and implementing accounting processes and systems to comply with general tax, statutory requirements, and other related laws and regulations.
- Consolidate financial reports from all company-related.
- Control all transactions from the related company.
- Liaise with other departments on related accounting issues.
- Liaise with external parties, internal and external auditors, suppliers, customers, and other related matters.
- Any assignment by the Finance Director / Chief Financial Officer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- Hands-on & good leadership and management skills.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience.
- At least 3 years at a manager level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and financial reporting software.
- Experience as an accounting manager in the F&B industry would be an advantage.
- Experience from a Big 4 Audit Firm is preferred
- Good financial analysis and reporting would be a plus.
- Have a certificate of CPD
