About the Company

 

As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will play a key role in the design, selection, and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a range of luxury and boutique hospitality projects. You will work closely with project managers and other design team members to ensure the seamless integration of FF&E into the overall design vision.

 

About the Role

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and oversee the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) department within Soho Hospitality, managing a team of subordinate FF&E professionals.
  • To build system + Improve FFE Standard
  • Develop and execute comprehensive FF&E strategies aligned with the company's design and project goals, ensuring consistent quality and brand identity across all projects.
  • Collaborate closely with interior design, architecture, and procurement teams to integrate FF&E requirements seamlessly into project plans.
  • Spearhead the selection, sourcing, and procurement of FF&E items, considering design aesthetics, functionality, budget constraints, and project timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to optimize project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices in all FF&E selections and implementations.
  • Manage FF&E documentation, including specifications, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Mentor, train, and guide the FF&E team to foster professional growth and uphold the highest standards of performance.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
  • Familiarity with procurement and budget management processes.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant industry trends and innovations.
  • Experience in hospitality would be a plus.
