The concept reimagines Locke’s lobby as a vibrant neighbourhood square where guests and locals naturally flow, meet, and linger throughout the day. It operates across three evolving dining moments, Daily grab & go, a relaxed café experience, and Notte, a lively modern Italian dining concept. Each layer shifts with the rhythm of the day, from quick, high-quality daytime rituals to social brunches and finally an energetic evening of shared plates, cocktails, and entertainment. Together, they create a flexible, community-driven dining destination that turns hospitality into a continuous social experience from morning to night.
