Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, data-driven marketing plans to drive traffic, revenue, and brand engagement across all F&B outlets.
- Lead the planning and execution of on-site and off-site event marketing to support restaurant launches, brand activations, and seasonal promotions.
- Design and manage promotional campaigns tailored to tourists, locals, and the events market.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to align marketing plans with service offerings, programming, and revenue goals.
- Build and execute CRM strategies and retention campaigns to increase customer loyalty and repeat visits.
- Partner with suppliers, lifestyle brands, and tourism operators to create cross-promotional campaigns and branded events.

- Manage public relations efforts, media relationships, and reputation management across platforms like Google and Meta.
- Direct and coordinate with external agencies for creative, content production, PR, and media buying.
- Monitor and report marketing performance across channels, optimize based on analytics, and present results to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in food and beverage marketing, including event promotions and campaign management.
- Strong background in event marketing and execution, from concept to post-event reporting.
- Excellent command of traditional and digital marketing tactics.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans.
- Collaborative and resourceful team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Maijet and Asana).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
