Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership as a consultant to managers on all human capital matters, including structure, performance, and culture. Provide data-driven insights to guide workforce decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring timely hiring and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Identify skills gaps and development needs across the business unit. Design and support learning and development plans to upskill employees and prepare high-potential talent for leadership roles.
- Facilitate internal talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing discussions with managers to implement training programs and performance coaching frameworks.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
- Support managers in creating clear performance expectations and development goals for their teams. Promote a feedback-driven culture to support individual and team improvement.
- Support managers in building a positive work environment that promotes inclusion, fairness, and high morale, employee relations issues, ensuring a balanced approach to resolution.
- Lead or support engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning to improve team effectiveness.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Thai labor law and company standards. Collaborate with COEs (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to execute corporate HR initiatives at the business unit level.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support audits, analysis, and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and development.
- Proven track record in partnering with business leaders and supporting organizational growth.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and best HR practices in a business setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in both Thai and English.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) are advantageous.
